I don’t think this is very appropriate. Check out this opening from his latest email:

“Yesterday morning I flew into Tampa for the Republican National Convention. The worst of the tropical storm missed us here. Yet, if we continue down the path that president Obama wants to take us, the worst of the economic storm could still be ahead of us.”

So for the past week or so, half of the gulf has been in a panic because of this storm and the potential damage it could have caused and you make a light joke about it? What if it was another Hurricane Katrina? I know the storm wasn’t as bad as it could have been, but I don’t think that line was very appropriate. Thoughts?
