Biden Coulda Been A Contender

“I coulda had class. I coulda been a contender. I coulda been somebody, instead of a bum, which is what I am.” –Marlon Brando, On The Waterfront

“I had planned on running for president and although it would have been a very difficult primary, I think I could have won. I don’t know, maybe not. But I thought I could have won… I was the best qualified.” –Joe Biden, real life

The first quote is from the famous film On The Waterfront. The second quote is from the lesser known former vice president Joe Biden (quote from The Hill). I’d rather watch the movie, even though and I didn’t really like it.

Anyways, Biden is having regrets. It would’ve been tough to beat Hillary Clinton for the nomination. The Democratic Party really went all out for Hillary. They had to have their national Party chair resign for rigging things for Hillary, Donna Brazile got fired from CNN for leaking info to Hillary, there’s a video of ballot box stuffing in Chicago, and don’t forget the tie breakers in the Iowa Caucus. The game was rigged for Hillary from the start. Biden would’ve had a tough road, especially if he had got in late.

Who knows what a Biden candidacy would have brought. Probably just a few hilarious soundbites and a less spectacular defeat than what Hillary endured. Either candidate would’ve had to cancel fireworks on the night of the election. I suppose the only difference is Biden would’ve been seen on election night. There wouldn’t have been a need for a John Podesta to take to the podium to tell Democrats their anointed one would not see them at that late hour. Rockin’ Joe would’ve still been up partyin’, win or lose.

We wish Joe Biden the best. Enjoy retirement, which is a perfect way to catch up on old movies. Better off skipping On The Waterfront. We recommend The Bridge On The River Kwai.

biden and hillary.

2016 Quote Of The Year

“Donald Trump is going to be our president.” –Hillary Clinton, Nov. 9, 2016

What a year it has been. So many things happened in the political arena that produced some memorable quotes.

We chose the above quote from Hillary Clinton’s concession speech for two major reasons. First, it offers the conclusion to a presidential campaign that seemed to drag on forever while absorbing a fanatical amount of media attention. No matter where you went, there was some sort of mention of either Trump or Clinton. This quote officially ends the campaign and we are thankful for that.

Second, this quote is significant because it represents the death of the Clinton brand in the Democratic Party and the country’s repudiation of President Barack Obama’s radical left agenda. The Democratic Party is in trouble right now. Clinton won just 20 states and got blown out in the number of counties won by her Republican opponent. There are only four states with a Democratic governor and Democratic control of the state legislature. A great amount of seats nationwide have been picked up by Republicans during Obama’s two terms. The Democrats are in shambles right now.

Things are so bad over at the DNC that they had to go through two national chairs to protect their anointed one so that she could become the nominee. This we saw. What we didn’t understand was that things are so bad over at Obama/Clinton incorporated that they couldn’t beat populist and TV celebrity Donald Trump. Clinton had been running for president for the last sixteen years. The Democrats had their party and major national media outlets all lined up for an easy win. But, after stacking the deck in the Democrats’ favor as best as possible, “Donald Trump is going to be our president,” which is why this quote from Hillary Clinton is our 2016 Quote of the Year.

Judicial Watch Wins Appeal

Here is the press release from Judicial Watch on today’s ruling from the U.S. Court of Appeals, also linked here.

(Washington DC) – Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton made the following statement regarding today’s ruling by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit in a case that would require Secretary of State John Kerry to seek the help of the attorney general in recovering additional Hillary Clinton emails:

The courts seem to be fed up with the Obama administration’s refusal to enforce the rule of law on the Clinton emails. Today’s appeals court ruling rejects the Obama State Department’s excuses justifying its failure to ask the attorney general, as the law requires, to pursue the recovery of the Clinton emails. This ruling means that the Trump Justice Department will have to decide if it wants to finally enforce the rule of law and try to retrieve all the emails Clinton and her aides unlawfully took with them when they left the State Department.

The appellate ruling reverses a decision in which the District Court declared “moot” a Judicial Watch’s lawsuit challenging the failure of Secretary of State John Kerry to comply with the Federal Records Act (FRA) in seeking to recover the emails of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and other high level State Department officials who used non-“” email accounts to conduct official business (Judicial Watch, Inc. v. John F. Kerry (No. 16-5015)). According to the FRA, if an agency head becomes aware of “any actual, impending, or threatened unlawful removal . . . or destruction of [agency] records,” he or she “shall notify the Archivist . . . and with the assistance of the Archivist shall initiate action through the Attorney General for the recovery of [those] records.”

An appellate panel found:

Appellants sought the only relief provided by the Federal Records Act—an enforcement action through the Attorney General. But nothing the Department did (either before or after those complaints were filed) gave appellants what they wanted. Instead of proceeding through the Attorney General, the Department asked the former Secretary to return her emails voluntarily and similarly requested that the FBI share any records it obtained. Even though those efforts bore some fruit, the Department has not explained why shaking the tree harder—e.g., by following the statutory mandate to seek action by the Attorney General—might not bear more still. It is therefore abundantly clear that, in terms of assuring government recovery of emails, appellants have not “been given everything [they] asked for.” Absent a showing that the requested enforcement action could not shake loose a few more emails, the case is not moot.

In May 2015 Judicial Watch filed the lawsuit after the State Department failed to take action following a letter to Kerry “notifying him of the unlawful removal of the Clinton emails and requesting that he initiate enforcement action pursuant to the FRA,” including working through the Attorney General to recover the emails. Judicial Watch’s lawsuit subsequently was consolidated with a later lawsuit by Cause of Action Institute. This ruling reverses a January 2016 decision by the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia dismissing the case and remands it.

Let ‘Em Cry

Out-going and soon to be forgotten Senator Harry Reid said that FBI Director James “Comey helped Trump significantly.”

Rep. Adam Schiff said the Russians were “sowing discord and at this they were spectacularly successful.”

And the crazies are just calling every Trump voter a racist, or sexist, or some other name.

Maybe Republicans shouldn’t be so openly trying to convince Democrats that it actually was Hillary Clinton who played the biggest factor her in loss. There is a concern that all the crying about the FBI, Russia, and name calling are delegitimizing the democratic process, which is a real concern. But I may be okay with this futile attempt from sore losers because it allows the Democrats to stay in their little bubbles, where people want to be called “special snowflakes,” gender is fluid and decided by an individual’s own snowflake feeling for that time, minimum wage jobs are career positions where upward movement is not necessary or desired, and, of course, trophies are given for participation. The majority of America does not agree with the radical leftist policies of the establishment players of the Democrat Party (Clinton failed to capture a majority of the vote but please use the selection of majority to flip your lid).

The letter that Comey sent explaining that new information was found which may be relevant to the investigation of Clinton’s mishandling of classified information probably didn’t hurt her half as bad as how quickly Obama’s justice department was able to turn around a few days later and issue an official statement saying the new info didn’t have anything incriminating in it. The whole scenario made it fair to suggest that the nothing-to-see-here outcome, which came just as fast as Clinton needed it to, was both a predictable and suspicious wrap-up to an issue that plagued Clinton all year long. Being above the law is not a desirable trait for a candidate and the Clinton team, right before the election, had to remind everyone that their boss was untouchable.

Schiff’s point on influence from Russia is especially troubling because he fails to refute the authenticity of the information found in the Democrat Party email hack. So what Schiff is saying is that the integrity of the election was compromised because Russia helped to release accurate information showing that the Democrats had no integrity and were actively breaking rules throughout the process. That is a problem because the Democrats really don’t have the integrity to hold power but when caught they don’t have to take any responsibility at all. Just blame Russia will be the new escape plan for Democrats to avoid having some serious examinations of their own ethics, or lack thereof.

The liberals lost because Hillary Clinton had zero accomplishments to run on and her, let’s call it leadership, on sending all the snowflakes to the same bathroom is a baffling thing to champion. She deserved to lose. She really was that bad of a candidate. But maybe we are better off not explaining this to the Ds so that they can continue to lose and Republicans can build majorities right before another round of re-districting begins.

So to any Democrats who have managed to make it out of bed this afternoon; yeah, Russia, and um, uh, meanness won, so here, have a flower, you are a special snowflake and your feelings matter. This is going to be a fun time in politics.

Attack Of The More Tolerant Party

The Democrats are losing their minds right now. They just don’t understand how their brand of government and market socialism was rejected. They also just don’t understand how their intellectual bullying is both faulty and repugnant. So the special little snowflakes are taking to violence in the streets. It is absolutely disgusting. This needs to stop. Hillary Clinton lost for several big reasons and a ton of small ones. Those reasons will be dissected by everyone including writers at this blog for years to come. The bottom-line is simple: Donald Trump won, fair and square.

And the leaders of the Democratic Party need to step up to stop this violence and disrespect. Today, a photo of Mr. and Mrs. Obama with Mr. and Mrs. Trump was canceled by the Obamas. It is fair to speculate that Michelle Obama led the way on this decision. That is absolutely classless. A move like that is something a leader wouldn’t do and is part of the reason why liberals think it is okay to resort to violence to express their sad feelings.

The irony of it all is that crazy liberals are saying worse things about American voters than Trump ever said about anyone. But liberals describe themselves as more tolerant than their conservative counterparts. Give me a break.

To the little snowflakes too distraught to function and to anyone who is ashamed to be an American (some of my friends are actually telling me they are “ashamed to be American”) I suggest you call your US Senator and speak strongly about the “advise and consent” part of selecting a Supreme Court nominee because with Republicans controlling the White House, the Senate, and the House, you are not going to like what one-party rule can do with the backing of a majority on the Supreme Court.

Keep crying snowflakes, it is going to get a little worse for you.

News broke yesterday that the FBI has reopened their case against Hillary Clinton’s mishandling of classified materials.

FBI Director James Comey sent Congress a letter to inform them of this, pictured below. In the letter Director Comey states, “In connection with an unrelated case, the FBI has learned of the existence of emails that appear to be pertinent to the [Clinton] investigation.” Reports are the “unrelated case” is the one on Anthony Wiener’s sexting to his girl friends (real quick; Weiner is Huma Abedin’s husband and Huma is Hillary Clinton’s right hand).

And to think, Donald Trump said Weiner would eventually take down the Clintons.

More From The Real Hillary Clinton Campaign

Embedded below is the latest video from Project Veritas Action. How can Democrats be okay with this? What happened to democracy in this country? If Hillary Clinton is a legitimate candidate with real credentials and real accomplishments to run on, then why all the gamesmanship? Why can’t the Democrats run Clinton’s campaign on strength? Why the need to resort to these sleazy tactics?

Project Veritas, Donald Duck, And Hillary Clinton

Embedded below is the latest video from Project Veritas Action.

The real Hillary Clinton campaign is an ugly place. How can Democrats be ok with this? How can they actually come out and cast a vote in support of these actions? As unbelievable as it is disappointing, too many Democrats will just brush this off. This video is a must watch.

Black Calls For FBI Deputy Director To Resign

State Senator Dick Black called for the resignation of FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe this afternoon in light of the Wall Street Journal’s reporting of the conflict of interests within the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Black’s statement is below and also linked here.

For conflicts of Interest in the Hillary Clinton Email Scandal

Hillary Clinton’s defense against charges that she has lawlessly handled classified information in her emails, and by using her private email server, has been that the FBI performed a complete investigation and found no violation of law.

This morning, thanks to investigative reporting by the Wall Street Journal and Fox News, we may understand why the FBI dropped the case. Governor Terry McAuliffe of Virginia, a Clinton confidant, directed almost $800,000 into the political coffers of the wife of this high-ranking FBI official overseeing the email investigation.

I call on FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, who, it is reported, was responsible for “overseeing the Clinton email investigation,” to resign immediately based on disclosures from a front-page Wall Street Journal article today.

Last year, I ran for re-election to the Virginia State Senate against Jill McCabe. I was astonished at how much money she was able to raise — $1.8 million. How convenient for her husband to be a high-ranking FBI official with lots of potential influence.

Andrew McCabe’s wife, Jill, received $467,500 of her campaign budget from Governor Terry McAuliffe’s political action committee. And the Virginia Democratic Party, which is under his strong influence, gave another $207,788 to Jill McCabe’s campaign.

Few people in the country are closer to Hillary than our illustrious Governor, who has served her interests for decades. He even served as Chair of Hillary’s 2008 national presidential campaign and was a potential VP running mate. When Hillary needs rescuing, Terry McAuliffe has always been there to do whatever needs to be done.

Meanwhile, the career of Jill McCabe’s husband, Andrew McCabe, has taken off within the FBI. In July 2015, FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, was promoted to third in command at the FBI. In January 2016, McCabe became second in command of the FBI under Director James B. Comey.

The last eight years of Democrat rule led to politicization and distrust of the nation’s leading law enforcement agency — the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

As an attorney, and a former JAG officer who has had responsibilities over the investigation and prosecution of crimes, I am at a loss to see how the FBI could possibly allow Andrew McCabe to oversee the investigation of Mrs. Clinton’s email server scandals. Mr. McCabe was clearly indebted to the Clinton Campaign because of the support given his wife.

McCabe should have immediately recused himself from the investigation. His failure to do so proves that he is unqualified to serve as Deputy Director of the FBI, or in any position of trust in the United States Government.

Clinton Earns Four Pinocchios

The Washington Post gave Hillary Clinton four Pinocchios for lying to voters about Donald Trump’s position on the government’s bailout of the auto industry.

Clinton was in Detroit last week when she said, “Nobody should be surprised, because back in the Great Recession, when millions of jobs across America hung in the balance, Donald Trump said rescuing the auto industry didn’t really matter very much. He said, and I quote again, ‘Let it go.’ Now, I can’t imagine that. I supported President Obama’s decision to rescue the auto industry in America.”

The Post writes;

Clinton is creating an imaginary Trump here, claiming that Trump didn’t really care about the auto industry.
The record is clear that Trump in 2008 was supportive of rescuing the auto industry, saying the government should do everything it could to save it: “You just can’t lose Chrysler, you can’t lose Ford, and you can’t lose General Motors.” He touted DIP financing, but he was relatively agnostic about the preferred path.
Even in 2015, when Trump seemed more uncertain about the preferred option, he said “you could have done it the way it went.” Clinton twists his “let it go” comment out of context and pretends he said it in 2008.
Clinton earns Four Pinocchios.

For those unfamiliar with The Washington Post’s Pinocchio test, the grading scale is based on how inaccurate the statement is and four Pinocchios is the worse. The Post’s description of four Pinocchios is plainly “whoppers.” The Post rarely hands out four, making Clinton’s remarks especially objectionable. Clinton and her team will lie about everything.

Project Veritas Brings You The Real Hillary Clinton Campaign

Project Veritas Action, led by James O’Keefe, has done it again. This is amazing footage. Could be too real for most dye-in-the-wool liberals, but they need to see this. How can anyone justify this behavior? This should matter to voters. Take a look at the two embedded videos below and please share this with your Democrat friends.

CNN Stumbling After WikiLeaks Fallout

“It’s different for the media, so everything you learn about this you’re learning from us.” –CNN’s attempt at controlling the information coming out of WikiLeaks’ latest data dump

The fallout from the WikiLeaks hack of the Democratic National Committee and the Hillary Clinton presidential campaign is just beginning. In this clip below, CNN tries to conduct some damage control by telling its audience that it is illegal for them to look at WikiLeaks. Haha! That is hilarious. WikiLeaks has exposed direct contacts from individuals in the media to individuals on the Clinton campaign and the DNC. The leaked emails show bias and collusion and more.

CNN is in the leaked emails. So CNN’s response is to tell their audience not to look, there is no need, because “everything you learn about this you’re learning from us.” One thing they don’t want you to read about is how Donna Brazile, CNN contributor and then vice-chair of the DNC, sent an email to the Clinton campaign ahead of a CNN townhall with the subject line “From time to time I get the questions in advance.” Brazile claims she never gave out questions in advance, but has thus far failed to mention why she chose the subject line she chose. Also, the question she sent was read nearly line for line at the townhall. It is not illegal for you to open this link to read the email yourself.

So is this journalism from CNN? Or is the below clip just a poor attempt at controlling the information coming out of WikiLeaks?

CNN has lost all credibility.

The People’s Candidate

“I know she has begun to hate everyday Americans, but I think we should use it once.”

The above quote is from John Podesta, chairman of Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign. He is describing how Hillary feels about the voters she is courting.

Hillary is super elite, super rich, and yet, somehow, the darling of the party which claims to be for the little guy. Wake up Democrats, Hillary is just using you. How can you be ok with that? Remember now, the ballot box is a sanctuary, she’ll never know.

hillary looks for praise.

Hillary On Honesty And Transparency

Hillary Clinton’s stance on transparency is one ought to have “both a public and a private position.” She fails to identify which is the real, honest position.

Anyone else would have been prosecuted for being “extremely careless” with classified information. Anyone else would be denied a security clearance. Anyone else would not be delusional enough to seek a promotion after a career in public service which is void of any tangible achievements. And when you consider that Clinton has been privileged enough to enjoy a ton of public resources, her complete lack of accomplishments is as baffling as it is disappointing.

Hillary Clinton can’t lead (no accomplishments), she can’t manage (lost $6 billion as head of the state department), so she doesn’t deserve a promotion. This shouldn’t be hard for Democrats; just don’t vote for her.

WaPo Hits Trump, Claims News

Yesterday’s print edition of The Washington Post was more anti-Donald Trump than usual. Journalism ain’t what it used to be. Now it’s all click bait, blatant bias and sponsored content.

The WaPo opinion section yesterday had three hit pieces on Trump. The first was by a novelist who wrote a piece called “Fat-shaming a woman who isn’t fat.” Is that news? A beauty queen with hurt feelings from 20 years ago gets more attention than Hillary Clinton’s time as secretary of state. Which is more relevant?

Then there was a piece by Ruth Marcus that is full of silly insults. Marcus claims, “Trump is stuck in middle school. Early middle school. And that’s being charitable.” She then attempts to argue that the name calling she selected is accurate. Is it fair to ask Marcus if her column is better suited for a seventh grade paper (or partisan blog) than a major newspaper?

And the kicker was straight from the editorial board. They wrote “Trump is ignorant, unprepared, and bigoted.” There is no hidden agenda either, the editorial specially says it is meant for Trump supporters who “doubt he could do much harm.” Is that journalism or micro-targeting for one campaign over the other?

Are any of those examples of journalism?

If name calling, hurt feelings and more name calling are the only cases against Donald Trump, then Hillary Clinton’s campaign is in trouble. We’ll expect WaPo, the Huffing Mad Post and other mainstream liberal news outlets to continue their sponsored content, I mean, hits on Trump, I mean reporting on the election. R.I.P. Journalism.

Debate Bounce

Looking through the mainstream media’s wrap-up of Monday’s debate, what is noticeably absent is the mention of a post-debate bounce, which is a positive increase in polling numbers as a direct result of the debate performance. Because Hillary Clinton is more unlikable the more she is seen, we shouldn’t expect her to receive a positive bounce after performing on a national stage in primetime. If Trump did receive an uptick in support then the liberal media outlets like CNN (Clinton News Network) or MSNBC (Mostly Stuff No Body Cs) won’t be allowed to report it due to contractual obligations they have with Hillary’s campaign, so we are left to look at other indicators.

One such indicator is the fundraising haul made immediately after the debate, which could provide telling information. In this situation, Donald Trump raised a record $18 million. Wow! That’s a lot of small dollar “deplorables” that Hillary’s team unwittingly fired up. Could Trump pull this off? Clearly, Hillary is a terrible candidate and a terrible public servant who has no accomplishments to run on and a long history to run away from, so her troubles this campaign should be no surprise. However when a candidate is the darling of the establishment, like Hillary is, then that candidate is going to be tough to beat just by default. The mindless sample ballot voter can be a moving force. Let’s hope this year is different.

In 2008 and 2012 Republicans were told that we lost because our base didn’t show up. I’ll leave commenting on that alone for now and just point out that the Democrat’s base may not show up for Hillary like the Ds expect. She is unlikable, she has burned down every bridge she has crossed and her bullying tactics are the heart of her campaign plan. Guilt, shame, and fear are the cornerstones Hillary has built her campaign on. When you have no accomplishments from your time in public life (and yet somehow are super rich) then you have to distract, deflect and never defend a lackluster career. Hillary Clinton does not deserve a promotion.

The post-debate fundraising haul from Donald Trump could be evidence of an upset brewing. Trump supporters have 18 million new reasons to be optimistic.

Weekend At Hillary’s

The video from this weekend of Hillary Clinton needing her staff to carry her into a van really looks like a parody of Weekend at Bernie’s, the classic comedy about two idiots who take their dead boss around the Hamptons for some good times.

#HillarysHealth is more than just a popular hashtag. This is a serious issue mostly because it shows another way that Hillary is failing in transparency. If she is sick, then shouldn’t we know? The trend is clear, as more opportunities to be dishonest spring up, the more lies Hillary tells.
